Associate Minister/Director of Music and Worship
First Baptist Church of New Bern, NC is seeking a full time Associate Minister/Director of Music
and Worship. This person will lead a well established music program that strives for excellence
both in quality and effective, meaningful worship. This candidate will need to have broad
experience in all types of church music to lead a multigenerational congregation. We are
searching for an energetic individual who will be able to work effectively with children, youth
and adults to find and develop gifts that will enable them to serve God through music. He/she
will work closely with other pastoral staff to plan and coordinate worship and provide pastoral
